Brad Little
President
As President and founder of CASE of Charlotte, Brad Little combines his passion leading an all-star team of remodeling industry professionals with his 20 years experience in building, remodeling, and repairing of homes.  From leading teams of volunteers performing emergency home repair in Central Appalachia, to directing the staffing and operations of the Southeast’s largest plumbing contractor, Brad’s past achievements and experience have been instrumental in putting together one of Charlotte’s most respected design/build remodeling and home improvement companies. Since its start in 2005, Brad and his team have made Case a household name with numerous awards for exceptional service, and a 95% recommendation rate from its past clients. Chelsea Allard
Designer
Chelsea attended Salem College, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. After moving to Charlotte she spent two years working in an luxury kitchen and bath showroom with a focus on hard surface design and plumbing fixtures. She has also worked with full service interior design firms in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC. As an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) she served as the Co-Chair for the Metrolina Design Community from 2008-2009. She takes a special interest in sustainable design, kitchens and baths, space planning and color theory.

Logan Ertz
Office Manager
Logan joined Case in 2005 as Office Manager.  A graduate of the University of California - Santa Barbara, Logan has 19 years of experience in his field and advanced certifications in Microsoft office programs. Logan's responsibilities include accounting, customer service and assisting in the management of our remodeling projects.  Logan particulary enjoys the challenges associated with the scheduling of the Case staff and our clients' projects.

Scott Marshall
Remodeling Consultant
Scott is a North Carolina native having grown up in Charlotte and attended Western Carolina University.  Case's newest Remodeling Consultant, Scott came on board with Case in 2010 and has quickly proven invaluable thanks to his excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Scott has 14 years of remodeling and new home construction and particularly enjoys working with homeowners and teaching them the ins-and-outs of home remodeling. When not at work Scott stays busy hiking and camping in the mountains with his wife, two daughters and stepdaughter.

Thomas O'Neil
Home Remodeling Specialist
Tom joined the Case staff in 2005 shortly after moving to the Carolinas from New York City. During his time in New York Tom was a member of the NYC District Council of Carpenters and later a firefighter for the FDNY. Tom is Case's go-to carpenter for kitchen remodels and detail-oriented home remodeling projects. When not "putting out fires" for our clients, Tom follows his favorite hockey team, the NY Rangers, and spends time with his grandchildren Jameson and Bailey. If you like your carpenter with a bushy moustache and a New York accent Tom's the guy for you!  
 
Daniel McKee
Home Remodeling Specialist
Daniel joined Case in 2005 and quickly became the Case carpenter most requested by our clients. With 34 years of remodeling experience, Daniel is well equipped to address any issue our clients may have with their homes. Daniel specializes in carpentry, and especially loves the complexities of trim and finish work. If you're lucky enough to have Daniel assigned to your project make sure to ask him about his time spent in Kandahar Afghanistan where he worked for our troops or his baby - his Harley Davidson.
 
John Jones
Home Remodeling Specialist
John joined the Case team in 2007 and thanks to his remarkable tile work has become Case's go-to carpenter for bathroom remodels and all things tile.  A veteran of the Navy, John started his 20 years in the construction industry working in new construction before moving on to residential remodeling.  John enjoys all phases of remodeling and its inherent challenges but most enjoys working with tile and marble.  A former Florida resident, John loves the ocean and can be found many weekends at the outer coast fishing.
  
Dan Reed
Home Remodeling Specialist  
Dan is the most recent addition to the Case  Remodeling of Charlotte family.  Dan is a great all-around contractor and has proven himself extremely adept at any challenge our clients throw at him!  When Dan isn't "wowing" our clients with his carpentry skills and general construction knowledge he's spending time with his family or out in the wilds hunting. 

Donald Thie
Home Remodeling Assistant
Donald joined the Case staff in 2005 and has been a true asset to the company since day one. Donald often gets assigned the least glamorous and most thankless projects but always handles them with class and professionalism. If you see Donald on your project chances are there's something heavy that needs to be moved or a crawlspace to be worked in.  Donald has the distinction of being the youngest member of the Case staff and perhaps the most valuable.
