The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) puts these awards on every year in both local chapters and nationally. Contractors in our region compete for these highly coveted awards in over a dozen categories. 

Angie’s List has recognized us with the Super Service Award for eight years in a row (2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006 and 2005), and we couldn’t have done it without you.

What is Angie’s List? Angie’s List is a consumer-based organization in which individuals grade the work performed by area servicemen. It is powered by the consumer and provides firsthand customer accounts of service businesses in Charlotte. You rate and review service businesses providing prospective customers with useful insights into business found in the service industry such as mechanics, plumbers, handymen, etc.

What is the Super Service Award? Each year Angie’s List awards the Super Service Award to companies that have given outstanding service according to Angie’s List members for the previous year. In 2011, the criteria for the award included receiving a minimum number of reports from Angie’s List members, maintaining an A average on both the reports for 2011 as well as on their overall reports and not being in poor standing with the Better Business Bureau. Less than five percent of the companies on Angie’s List received the Super Service Award in 2011. We are proud to be a part of this list for seven years running!
